Always fun for the fashion obsessed to watch, Rihanna attended Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball yesterday in London, England. I absolutely love this look. One pieces or jumpsuits as most refer to these types of garments, have really been reappearing on the runways as of late thanks to notable fashion designers such as Donna Karan, Derek Lam and Marc Jacobs. This jumpsuit is from the BCBG Max Azria Spring 2009 collection. I find this piece to be very stylish, but it also has a casual appeal to it. I love the hue; I guess metallics aren't going away any time soon.
Not a personal favorite, this jumpsuit is a piece from Donna Karan's Spring 2009 collection. I don't like the fit or overall shape of this jumpuit. Maybe it's just the model, but it looks really sloppy and thrown together.
Now we are getting to the glam. This beautiful piece is from Derek Lam's Spring 2009 collection. This is the ideal jumpsuit for night wear.

One, I love the color and I really love how he worked the scarf in with the outfit. I also like the fact that this piece can be worn day or night, and mixed and matched with all types of accessories or embellishments. But my favorite part of this entire piece? Its cropped pants. By looking at most of the collections, I think it's safe to say that cropped pants will be one of the hottest fashion trends of the Spring. Jumpsuits are already on their way.
