The whole industry has been talking about the controversial comments Beyonce recently made about the Jackson family. When asked about how life was for her growing up, she had a genius moment and said the following:
"I grew up upper class. Private school. My dad had a Jaguar,” said Beyonce. “We’re African-American and we work together as a family, so people assume we’re like the Jacksons, but I didn’t have parents using me to get out of a bad situation.”
Now Janet Jackson has already been pretty vocal in her distaste for Beyonce's statement. She told close friends that she did not appreciate Beyonce's comment, and wants to confront her.
And now little sister Solange decides to add fuel to the fire because we all know that is what Solange does best.
While having dinner with friends, Solange was asked about the drama between Beyonce and Janet.While almost laughing, Solange said "Whatever. Beyonce ain’t scared of Janet. All my sister did was tell the truth…she wasn’t trying to hurt nobody."
While I might attack Solange's sense of style on a regular basis and tease her about her signature use of peacock feathers, I honestly do like Solange. She doesn't seem to hold her tongue for anybody, and she will always have her big sister's back.
And let's be clear: Beyonce was wrong as hell for making the comment. If I was Janet, I'd want to slap the taste out of her mouth too. But we all know that Beyonce was speaking the truth. Truth hurts right?
And I am assuming that it was Sasha Fierce in that interview because we all know Beyonce is too much of a robot to get out of routine and talk greasy about anyone. I have to admit, I like this side of Beyonce.

I was not going to respond but after reading your post i have to say something. I find it very disrespectful how today's youth treat the older people that paved the way before us. Beyonce was not asked about the Jackson and yet she felt the need to put their name in her mouth.And who is Solonge? WTF? i mean who? No ONE. If it was not for the Jacksons there would be no Beyonce shit. MTV would not even play black people videos until Michael, and Janet broke through those walls with their amazing,and videos. How they got to where they are was pure talent, and hard work. And you say the truth hurts and i agree but who is Beyonce to tell that truth (im sure there was nothing new to the world or the Jackson family in what beyonce said) but it seems it must hurt Beyonce the most because she is in denial if she doesn't believe her poppa graduated from the school of Joe Jackson top honors.Do you think her mom would be designing her own line without Beyonce? or her father would be this big time manager without Beyonce? she is living in a fantasy world if she believes that. And having a Jag does not make you upper class sweetie (she is not the sharpest tool in the shed i guess)Janet has been rich since the age of two and she is REAL money because she would never discuss money and her class rank....that is so tacky.

The comment was totally disrespectful, but it was still pretty truthful. My beef with the statement is Beyonce went all out her way to talk about how upper class she is. And with our country in a recession, was that really necessary? Just a thought. Thanks for posting.

I feel that Beyonce is getting a little to beside herself, I totally agree with everybody, and who is Solange, Solange WHO???? She can't even make a hit song, Beyonce your family is getting fame through you, If It wasn't for you being on Revlon they definitely would not absolutely would not use Solange, probably use Rhiana, and if it would not be for your father would not be the manager that he is today, and lets' talk about Mrs.Knowles that clothes line would would be a dream (stop bitting Kimora style) and your nephew would not appear on commercials because he's not cute he looks like a red MONKEY, so they all taking your fame amd running with it, so before you twist your lips to speak THINK about what is going to come out I suggest check your self FIRST.
