Happy New Year!

Okay, so I know I have been on a little hiatus for a couple days. You know it is not my thing to slack on posting, but I had to recover from the New Year's morning after fatigue (I behaved myself) and traveling. And when I tell you I have been physically exhausted, it is not any form of exaggeration. I also took a trip to see some friends and sorority sisters for the weekend, so I am trying to get back into the swing of things. It's hard to stay organized and blog like you want when you're on vacation...but damn it it's 2009 and the show must go on. Don't get lost because you are still thinking about what happened and didn't happen in 2008, that ship has sailed and the cruise wasn't all that anyway, except for the election of our first black president.
