In more legal news, singer Rihanna and Michael Jackson are being sued by a Cameroonian singer for allegedly using a hook from one of his songs.
75 year old Manu Dibango claims Michael Jackson used a section of Dibango's track entitled "Soul Makossa" for his "Wanna Be Startin Something" hit. Both Jackson and Dibango eventually reached a settlement for the unauthorized use of the sample.
Dibango is now suing singer Rihanna for licensing the same hook from Jackson for "Don't Stop The Music" without getting permission from Dibango.
A Parisian court will rule on Feb. 17 on rather or not the case should mover forward.
If Dibango wins, he will receive more than $600,000.
Sucks for Rihanna.

Why didn't Rihanna and her people do more research on using that sample? That was stupid and now she bout to lose like $600,000 over this.
