The lawyer who was representing William Balfour (the man charged in the Hudson family murders) has quit the case.
This comes about a month or so after a judge agreed to move William Balfour closer to to Chicago so he could have better contact with his attorney.
Attorney Joshua Kutnick told the Chicago Sun-Times that although he believes Balfour is innocent of the crime, he can't afford to handle the burden of this case alone.
Kutnick states:
"It's the kind of case that involves intense hours. I was gathering all resources, but I couldn't finance it."
Hmm, I am not buying his reason for quitting this case, are you?
