Former N.W.A. Member Sues Label Over Fergie Track

A former N.W.A. band member has filed suit against the band's label over neglecting to pay royalties after Fergie sampled one of his tracks.

The Arabian Prince is going after Ruthless Records and claims the label executives licensed his song "Supersonic" to Fergie for her hit track "Fergalicious" without giving him his share of the profits.
