Rapper Ludacris and star athlete Serena Williams are collaboration for a song contest.
The two stars are hosting an online song contest in which Serena Williams is looking for a theme song.
Ludacris has invited rappers, songwriters, and singers world wide to compete in the contest which is entitled "Serena's Song."
The winner will be selected by the fan communities on Ludacris' and Williams' official websites.
Both stars are very enthusiastic about the competition.
Ludacris states:
"Pop music knows no boundaries. We're hoping to prove that yet again with the Serena's Song contest."
And Serena can't wait to find a track that inspires her athletic performance:
"Sports and music have such a powerful connection. I always see athletes including myself listening to music, while they're getting ready for or decompressing after a match, or a race, or a game, whichever the sport."
