Well after introducing her new cocker spaniel puppy Sadie and the puppy's brothers on the show, Ivan (one of Sadies brother's that Oprah also adopted), has passed away due to parvovirus.
Parvovirus is a virus common to dogs that is fatal in about 80 percent of cases. Sadie is now being treated for the disease.
Oprah released the following statement:
"I'm saddened by his passing, though we had him for only a weekend. I remain hopeful that Sadie will pull through."

Aww that is so sad. She just lost the other dog last year.
