I am a runway freak and I love seeing runway trends become street chic and all, but there are some trends I just can't instantly find space for in my already cluttered closet.
So everyone is talking about the thigh high boots and it is supposed to be the new it thing like Manolo Blahniks and Cosmopolitans became thanks to Sex and The City.
Fashion enthusiasts believe this will be one of Fall's hottest trends.
Before you scratch your head and say this is old news and that thigh-high boots have always been in, I'm talking about a different type of thigh high boot.
During Milan Fashion Week, it appears as if most of the Top designers such as Prada decided their models would strut down the runway in boots instead of pants.
And I'm not talking about sexy tight fitting thigh high boots that every fashionista probably already owns. I'm talking about more boot than you need, and too loose fitting for my stamp of approval.

These boots look like loose fitting thigh-high fishermen boots and I am not at all convinced that this is fashionable, even if this is Miuccia Prada.

What a dreadful trend. I hope I don't see anyone try to pull this mess off because if I see you, I am going to assume you are going fishing. Otherwise, you have just committed fashion suicide.
Leave the mess on the catwalk ladies.

The thigh boots in the pictures from your blog are certainly not worth much of a mention when it comes to fashion or style. I like the comment you made comparing them to fishing boots! I personally like to wear thigh boots on occasion, but certainly would not choose any of these styles. The type of Thigh High Boots that I like are much more fashionable like this pair in my opinion! :)
