It seems as if fashion designers everywhere are seriously having to cut out some of their expensive habits and costly taunting to produce fashion that real people can actually afford. As the economic status of our country continues to dwindle, the entire fashion industry is feeling the economy's mighty blow. And while it doesn't feel too good, budding fashionistas everywhere are celebrating. This only makes shopping so much more fun.
Notable fashion stylist Rachel Zoe has hopped on the cheap bandwagon and is set to launch an affordable clothing line. While the clothing line's name is still unknown, items will range from $30-$150. Zoe is known tackling everything from cocktail rings to movie star sunglasses.
While Rachel Zoe is still crossing her fingers and ready to "die" if Michelle Obama ends up in her designs, the affordable clothing line will debut on QVC on September 12 at 8 pm.
And wedding gowns just got a whole lot cheaper...
Extraordinary fashion designer Monique Lhuillier is set to produce her own affordable wedding dress line.
The new wedding dress line, properly entitled "Bliss," will feature dresses in silk and the best of lace. 15 of Lhuillier's trademark styles will hit Monique Lhuillier retailers this fall. Prices range from $2300-$3500.
Now isn't that true fashion bliss?
