The magazine chose Justin Timberlake due to his creative accessorizing such as wearing skinny ties, trendy hats, and sharp three piece suits. Rapper TI made the list due to his natural swag and the ability to make dressing up and being clean cut look effortless, and Kanye West for his signature mix and match style.
This is great news for both Timberlake and West considering that both are embarking on careers in fashion design.

I can't understand how any of these guys made the list honestly. TI does ok when he dresses up, Kanye just looks weird and gay most of the time, and Justin looks like a dork in hi outfits all the time. I don't get it.
